HOA Required Form
To make your stay as smooth as possible, our HOA requires a quick form to be completed before arrival. Please fill it out as early as you can—the sooner, the better! Email the form back to me.

Gate Access:

  • On day one, ask Dave for a QR code to access the gate.

Future Access (Monday–Friday):

  • See Titania at the desk in the lobby between the pool and elevator in Phase One as soon as you can to obtain a wristband.

Door Code:

  • Ask Dave at 970-531-0772 for the door code.

Ring Camera:

  • There are two Ring cameras outside the front door and on the patio looking toward the ocean — no other cameras are installed.

Luggage Assistance:

  • There are grocery carts and a hotel-style luggage cart available. You can take them to the parking lot if you need help with bags or groceries.

Finding the Condo:

  1. Go to Phase One — it’s the first U-shaped building closest to the hotel (northwest side).
  2. Follow the blue line (marked on the map) to drive there.
  3. Once you reach the top level above the parking garage, go right toward the building (southeast).
  4. Follow the sidewalk to the elevator.
  5. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor (remember to press the “close doors” button to speed it up).
  6. Once on the 2nd floor, turn right — the condo is Unit 209.
